Order Cancellations

Unfortunately, orders are non-cancellable once payment has been made.

Return & Exchanges

Please email within 7days of receiving the item and we will advise you on the process. Please note that earrings may not be returned due to hygiene purposes. We strongly encourage the use of registered postage when the item is mailed back to us as Acexspade is not liable for any loss of normal postage.

Defective / Incorrect Item Received

We apologise if we had sent you a defective/ incorrect item. Please email us at with the order number, name, address, a description of the incorrect or faulty item and whether you require a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. Please note that we will only proceed on if the item was purchased directly from us and all exchanges will be done via mailing only.
